Virtual Store sells all domains on an as-is basis and does not warrant against future Trademark or Copyright claims, although every effort is made to avoid such circumstances.
Any, and all, trademark and copyright value of a Store Title .com (or otherwise) Registration, is hereby claimed by virtue of the original registration date, and said claim value is thereby included with the domain registration 'transfer'.
