Effective upon first payment of $150 (per month - usd) for a total of 24 months, Brad E. Jensen - representing IntelliSchematic, agrees to lease the domain iSchematic.com from Virtual Store Inc. until which the 24th payment is made in full. At the conclusion of the lease period, the ownership of the domain shall be transferred to it's new owner for a total purchase price paid over 24 months equal to $3600.
Once each payment is made, the payment link will be reset in preperation for the following payment until all payments have been made. If the buyer wishes to conclude the lease/purchase option early, the balance of the remaining payments may be made early to complete the purchase (please request payment link update). If the monthly recurring payment is not made on the same day as the original payment (or within a mutually agreed time frame), then the lease will be terminated and the purchase option will end at that time.
During the lease period, url forwarding or nameserves will be applied as provided and the buyer assumes all liability for the content displayed and utilization. Any apparent illegal usage of the domain during this period will void and terminate the Agreement. By making the monthly payments, the buyer agrees to said terms and promises to pay the entire amount due prior to the transfer of the domain to his Registrar.
